Are you a Carer?

The gallery is a community resource that exhibits original and reproduction of the work of John Paterson the Dochas Fund’s founder. Exhibitions by other local groups and artists are held throughout the year.

Carers’ Centre

The Carers’ Centre offers guidance, information and support to carers in Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Isles. All our services are free. The gallery is a venue for carers to meet together for mutual support and for fun.

There are many carers who live many miles from services and access can prove difficult or impossible. The Dochas Centre has dedicated Outreach Workers who provide support to carers throughout Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Isles.

The counselling service is for people and their families who are living with long term or terminal illness or bereavement. The centre also provides a listening ear for people who do not need formal counselling.
